Jessica Lasky-Fink is Research Director at The People Lab, a program of the Bloomberg Center for Cities at Harvard University. Her research uses insights from behavioral science to improve the delivery of government services and programs, with a focus on the social safety net. At The People Lab, Lasky-Fink helps lead a team that aims to empower the public sector by producing cutting-edge research on the people of government and the communities they are called to serve. They use evidence from public management and insights from behavioral science to help strengthen the government workforce, improve resident-government interactions, and reimagine evidence-based policymaking.

At this session of Data + Donuts, Lasky-Fink will discuss The People Lab's ongoing projects and their innovative approach to public service research.

This event will be held in a hybrid format. Register to receive a link to join via Zoom. In-person attendees can join us in Wexner 434. Those without an HUID may enter via the Wexner security desk after showing a photo ID. View a map of campus.
