Python Bytes: Data Visualization
REGISTER FOR THE WORKSHOP (Harvard email required)
Python is a popular, powerful, and open-source programming language that students and researchers can use to analyze and visualize data. Python Bytes is a seven-week workshop series that will get you started with Python so you can use it in your coursework and projects. Join the workshops if you've never programmed before and are looking for a place to start, have used Python and want a refresher on fundamentals, or have used other programming languages (e.g., R) and would like to learn Python as well.
In Byte 7: Data Visualization, we'll tackle:
- Using Plotnine to make data visualizations.
- Importing data from Github.
- Saving plots to Google Drive.
Can't make the workshop?
- Find all workshop recordings and materials in the Python Bites library guide.
- Join another Python Bytes session (all are listed in the HKS Hub).
- Request an appointment with a Research & Data Librarian for one-on-one support.
