Zotero is a free, easy-to-use software program with a browser plugin that allows quick, effortless saving of citations and PDFs, plus Word and Google Docs integration for bibliographies.

 

Learn to:

  • Set up Zotero
  • Save references to your Zotero library
  • Create citations, footnotes, and bibliographies
  • Organize your research

 

This virtual session is open to the Harvard community (registrants will receive a Zoom link). Extension school students who do not have a physical ID are welcome to attend this online workshop.

 

Please make sure to install and sign up for a Zotero account ahead of time so that you’re able to participate fully in the class. Follow the instructions at https://guides.library.harvard.edu/zotero under “Download & Installation”. 

Instructors will be available for an additional 15 minutes following the class period for troubleshooting assistance. 

Registration will close 24 hours before the class.
