This season the Poetry Room will be inaugurating its popular monthly Ashbery Typewriter sessions with a full afternoon of Valentines'-related activities. Feel free to sign up for individual sessions from 12-3pm (see below) or pop by at the end of the day for some impromptu sonneteering from 3-5pm.

The Poetry Room will have anthologies of love poems available for your perusal, as well as Sylvia Plath-style pink paper, and a range of exercises to jumpstart your ideas for poems to send to a friend, a parent, and/or other loved ones.

Solo Typewriter Sessions from 12:00-3:00pm: Click here to reserve a slot (availability is very limited/reservations required).

Unreserved Drop-by Hours from 3:00-5:00pm: Stop by and hang out with fellow poets and poetry-lovers, while taking turns typing poems.
