The Open House/Town Hall provides an opportunity to learn about the Councils and Committees, including volunteer opportunities for scribes and membership managers.  The Harvard Library Governance wiki can be found here.

Each standing committee and council will provide a brief update, followed by an opportunity for folks to attend breakout rooms, where you can meet the co-chairs/conveners/members, ask questions, and learn more.  There will also be a breakout room for the Scribes and Membership Managers if you’d like to learn more about these volunteer opportunities.   

This program is open to all and you do not need to be a member of a Standing Committee or Council to attend. Pre-registration is not required; join the meeting and stay as long as you wish.  The breakout rooms will end at 3pm.
