The Harvard Library AI Steering Group created the ChatGPT+ pilot project to explore potential applications of conversational AI to support library work and better serve the Harvard Library community. Fourteen library staff representing different departments and library work participated in this project using ChatGPT+ to conduct various structured experiments relevant to library work. 

During the meeting, ChatGPT+ Pilot Project team members will introduce the project and share insights learned from working intentionally with the subscription-only service for three months. We will provide a brief overview of the features of ChatGPT+ and finally, we will demonstrate a set of use cases we feel are helpful for work in the Harvard Library.
