In this workshop, participants will learn how to enhance their scholarly impact by learning: how to create better slides; which digital tools to use for different presentation tasks; how to create an interconnected digital scholarly presence. We'll go over graphic design principles and how to create compelling visual content with tools such as Mapbox, Flourish, Datawrapper, and Voyant. We'll also explore different avenues for showcasing and digitally publishing your work through scholarly portfolio websites, data repositories, GitHub for code and data, and more. Lunch will be provided.
