Ready, Set, Share! All You Need to Know to Deposit Your Scholarship in Harvard’s DASH (Online)
Drop by to learn how to deposit your scholarship in Harvard’s open access repository, DASH! Claire Blechman, Digital Repository Coordinator, will give a brief live demo, explain the benefits of making your research openly available, and answer all your questions.
DASH provides all full-time Harvard affiliates with an avenue to distribute their scholarship, for free, to everyone. Whether you have five minutes for a quick question or want to stay and co-work together on all those deposits you’ve been putting off, we welcome you to pop in, get hands-on help, and become part of the open scholarship community. Deposit to DASH and extend the reach of your scholarship.
All disciplines and experience levels are welcome. Please note: HarvardKey is required to create a DASH account.

Join Harvard Library in celebrating International Open Access Week 2025, October 20-26!
The 2025 Open Access Week theme asks, “Who Owns Our Knowledge?” In response to this important question, Harvard Library will host events and offer materials that explore how, “in a time of disruption, communities can reassert control over the knowledge they produce.”
Find and register for OA Week events, read the annual Open Access Week Statement from Martha Whitehead, Vice President for the Harvard Library and University Librarian, and consider how you can participate in and reassert control over your own knowledge production.
Presentations and materials from the week’s sessions will be shared on the Open Science Framework.
