We are working toward a shared approach for recording and reporting our research, teaching, and learning activities. We are designing a form to be shared across all FAS Libraries, designed to help us consistently document and report research consultations, instruction sessions, and outreach engagements.

We are offering two drop in sessions, via Zoom, where you can view and test the form – we will collect your questions and comments to help inform our way forward, with the ultimate goal of achieving a shared form we can begin using this year.
