Lamont Library - Collaborative Learning Space (Room #B-30)
Harvard ID required, Presentation,
Registration has closed.

Join us for Service Blueprinting & User Research presented by Jess Rios, Service Design and Assessment Librarian at Harvard Law School Library.

Details:

Seeing Both Sides: How combining service blueprints with user research provides a holistic view of a service or product.

Why should I attend?
In order to understand where in the process a service breaks down, it's important to look at the entire journey not only from end-to-end but also surface to core. Often, it is not the “front stage” where the root cause of a problem is but rather its hidden “back stage” in a policy, a 3rd party integration, or an outdated internal process.

The presentation will be held from 12:00-1:00 PM in Lamont Library Room B-30. Please feel free to bring your lunch.

Open to all Harvard affiliates. Please RSVP for the event below. Harvard ID access required to enter Lamont Library. If you have any questions, please contact libraryux@harvard.edu.
