Join us for Journey Mapping 101 presented by Allison Herrera, UX Researcher, Countway Library.

Details:

Learn about the basics of Journey Mapping to better understand and communicate user experiences in your organization. Journey Maps are visualizations of a process that a person goes through. If you’ve never heard of journey mapping or if you’ve never created a journey map then this is the session for you! We’ll show examples and explore an ongoing Journey Mapping project from the Countway Library. The activity for this workshop will give you the opportunity to create an example journey map within a small group. No design experience required!

The presentation will be held from 12:00-1:00 PM in Lamont Library Room B-30. Please feel free to bring your lunch.

Open to all Harvard affiliates. Please RSVP for the event below. Harvard ID access required to enter Lamont Library. If you have any questions, please contact libraryux@harvard.edu.
