Join us for Creating Engaging Content presented by Amy Deschenes, Head of UX & Digital Accessibility, Harvard Library, and Enrique Diaz, Designer/Multimedia Specialist, Harvard Library.

Looking to make your digital content more user-friendly? In this session we will introduce you to content strategy techniques and best practices for creating more engaging web content. Topics will include:research on how people consume digital content, creating a strategic framework for your content, how to use that framework to sketch out your content, digital content best practices, and soliciting feedback from users.


The presentation will be held from 12:00-1:00 PM in Cabot Library Instruction Room (#LL03). Please note the location change for this event. Please feel free to bring your lunch.
