Online, Open to the public, Workshop,
Registration has closed.

Qualitative research involves more than eliciting and analyzing interview data. Data management, an integral part of the research process, deserves special attention, particularly now that the field may be remote. This workshop is designed to assist researchers in mapping a qualitative research plan in the midst of a global pandemic through proactive data management. Data management planning for qualitative research affects each stage of the research process, from developing an interview protocol, to gathering recording equipment, carrying out field work, securing digital storage, making a transcription plan, analyzing data, and selecting a data repository. Open to researchers at all stages.
