VOCARIUM READING SERIES: CA Conrad & Diane Seuss
Introduction by Ariana Reines. The Woodberry Poetry Room's popular Vocarium series continues with a reading by two veracious, visionary, "tenacious and intense" poets whose work is dedicated to actualizing “frankness” (a.k.a. freedom) in all its forms: CA Conrad, author of The Book of Frank (Wave, 2010) and Amanda Paradise (Wave, 2021) and Pulitzer Prize finalist Diane Seuss, author of Frank: Sonnets (Graywolf, 2020).
The first 10 minutes of our Zoom events feature a warm and welcoming Community Gathering, during which we welcome you to unmute your mics and commune with poets, scholars, and readers from around the world. Our virtual programs close with an Outro tune selected by the authors: we encourage you to dance and groove with the music, and then click “Leave Meeting” at your leisure.
