VOCARIUM READING SERIES: Laynie Browne & Victoria Chang

The Woodberry Poetry Room's popular Vocarium Reading series continues with a reading featuring acclaimed poet and novelist Laynie Browne (author of Translation of the Lilies Back into Lists, Wave Books, 2022) and award-winning poet and New York Times poetry editor Victoria Chang (author of The Trees Witness Everything, Copper Canyon, 2022).
In-person Location: Edison-Newman Room, Houghton Library. Free and open to the public.

ABOUT THE AUTHORS
Laynie Browne is the author of fourteen collections of poems and four books of fiction, including Translation of the Lilies Back into Lists (Wave Books, 2022), Daily Sonnets (Counterpath, 2007), and I’ll Drown My Book: Conceptual Writing by Women (Les Figues Press, 2012), which she co-edited. She currently teaches at the University of Pennsylvania.
Victoria Chang is the author of The Trees Witness Everything (Copper Canyon, 2022), Dear Memory (Milkweed Editions, 2021), and OBIT (Copper Canyon, 2020), which was named a New York Times Notable Book and received the Los Angeles Times Book Prize. She is the current poetry editor of the New York Times.
