Behavioural science is one of those complementary fields to UX research that we don’t leverage enough in our practice. Christelle will be sharing some key insights from her role as Principal Behavioural Scientist at Headspace that you can use in your research practice today.

Bio: Dr. Christelle Ngnoumen is an applied behavioral scientist and user researcher who aims to align people's attention with their intentions to deliver empowering experiences. She is Principal Behavioral Scientist at Headspace Health where she leads product research dedicated to the development of Headspace's evidence-based programs. Prior to Headspace, she built B2C and B2B solutions within L&D, HealthTech and FitTech, and was formerly a UX researcher at the User Research Center. She earned her Ph.D. in Experimental Psychology from Harvard University.

The presentation will be held from 12:00-1:00 PM on Zoom. Zoom meeting information will be sent via email once you register.
