Data Management Offboarding for Research Projects at Harvard
When employees leave, they take their skills and institutional knowledge with them. It is important to record essential information related to projects and datasets to ensure the success of future collaborators.
This Love Data Week session will detail the important steps for the offboarding process from a Harvard lab or project and will feature resources and tools for departing researchers, as well as templates to offboard PIs and tools to transfer critical knowledge between study team members.
